Backing Up the Green Tea Healthy Habit

Lately, its like everybody has been on a green tea binge, and its an incredibly good healthy habit. There is so much thrilling research available today regarding green tea. Each and everyday more and more exciting research is coming out. But, you might not want to believe me. After all, I’m just your nice local science-reporting cosmetics queen. (I know you weren’t aware that was my official title, were you?) But, look below at all the peer-reviewed information that is widely available:
• 2001 International Journal of Cancer
Chronic gastritis and stomach cancer are just a couple diseases green tea can prevent. These studies were handles using real people. Mice, fish and green tea were not studied together. They really used real people in China.
• 2003 International Journal of Cancer
Angiogenesis and some forms of cancer can actually be kept at bay by drinking green tea. Cancers cannot develop without angiogenesis occurring in your blood cells. Cancer that is already in existence can actually be stopped from forming and growing with the healthy habit of green tea.
• 2006 Journal of American Medical Association
Green tea also contributes to a decreased cancer deaths. This was a study that showed that people who drank green tea usually tended to have lower death rates from cancer. In a nutshell, green tea basically appears to help them avoid or recover from cancer better.
• 2009 American Journal of Epidemiology
Blood and lymph cancers can be held at bay by green tea. A study released from Japan indicates that by drinking 5 cups of green tea a day you can greatly reduce your chances of developing these cancers by up to 50 percent.
There are literally thousand of more reasons to drink green tea.
As you can see, green tea is one of the healthiest habits you can have. If not already a habit, start drinking green tea now and make it a habit. So you should really believe me and start a great new habit that will be better for you in the long run. Take a supplement or brew your own, either way you are getting beneficial nutrients. Taste disgusting? Take it in capsule form. This is a healthy habit you can feel good about indulging in, for it will only prolong your life and the beauty of your skin.
